Base Salary
$176k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop complex, data-intensive web applications supporting supply chain and operational workflows.
- Build real-time data visualizations and event-driven front-end architectures.
- Make and document technical decisions in collaboration with engineering peers.
- Develop and deploy containerized front-end applications using modern orchestration systems.
- Participate in on-call rotations and own the operational health of shipped services.
- Partner with product, design, data, backend, and operations teams to improve operator workflows.
- Write clean, documented, maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage.
- Use system telemetry and user interaction data to identify regressions and improve application performance.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Contribute across the stack when end-to-end features require backend changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of front-end software engineering experience.
- Proven experience implementing high-quality, scalable user interfaces for operational workflows.
- Deep proficiency in a modern front-end framework; the team uses Next.js with TypeScript.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across the technology stack.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead technical discussions with cross-functional partners.
- Preferred experience with complex supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management systems.
- Preferred strong proficiency in Next.js and Node.js.
- Preferred knowledge of gRPC client implementation and large-scale operational datasets.
- Preferred experience integrating with third-party WMS or ERP systems.
- Mentoring or leading other front-end engineers is preferred.
- Project management experience is a plus.
