Responsibilities
- Guide the technical direction and strategy for multi-market AEM projects and integrations.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers while maintaining hands-on involvement in complex technical solutions.
- Oversee architecture decisions, code quality standards, technical best practices, scalability, performance, logging, and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews and guide implementation of AEM best practices and emerging technologies.
- Architect large-scale web solutions and support client dialogue and cross-regional collaboration.
Requirements
- Minimum 11+ years of full-time software development experience, excluding internships.
- At least 3+ years of experience in technical leadership or mentoring roles.
- Experience with the AEM framework, Adobe Experience Cloud, Apache Sling, Sling models, and HTL/Sightly.
- Strong Java backend development skills and experience with software frameworks such as Spring.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and architecting large-scale web solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of REST APIs as both a consumer and producer.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD environments, and Maven.
- Strong analytical, communication, architectural, code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability skills.
