Base Salary

$200k - $275k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales deals by partnering with sales teams to evaluate the Orb product.
  • Help customers understand how Orb fits into their existing workflows.
  • Serve as a technical advisor, crafting solutions centered around Orb's capabilities.
  • Provide feedback to product teams to strengthen Orb's offerings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially around technical concepts.
  • Experience partnering with sales, product management, and customer success.
  • Ability to design and implement technical solutions addressing complex business challenges.
  • Strong empathy and understanding of customer needs.
  • Sales Methodology training (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) is preferred.
