Base Salary
$120k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and roadmap.
- Build and maintain frontend experiences using TypeScript and React.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
- Participate in design discussions and architectural decisions.
- Contribute to software development best practices and code reviews.
- Debug and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Professional experience building and maintaining production-grade backend services.
- Strong proficiency in Go or Python, with a willingness to learn TypeScript and React.
- Experience with authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with observability practices including metrics and logging.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD and software testing best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
