Base Salary

$105k - $188k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build scalable and secure APIs and microservices as needed.
  • Develop cloud-native applications using AWS services and design highly available, fault-tolerant AWS solutions.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases to optimize queries and application performance.
  • Understand containerized applications and deploy them using Kubernetes/EKS or ECS.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Apply application security practices using OAuth2, JWT, IAM, and secure coding.
  • Write unit, integration, and automated tests using JUnit, Mockito, and related frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, improve reliability, and support incident and release readiness processes.
  • Collaborate with architects, product managers, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams while contributing to code reviews and engineering standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on AWS experience.
  • At least 2 years of Salesforce platform experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with SAP services in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, integrations, data flows, logs, system metrics, and transactional data analysis.
  • Experience in ITIL-aligned or incident/problem management environments.
  • Experience developing, troubleshooting, writing, reviewing, or debugging Java-based applications or services.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated deployments, monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, analytical problem-solving, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to support critical activities outside normal business hours when required.
