Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components and applications.
- Develop scalable, high-performing solutions using ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams.
- Manage team activities, make team decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Identify process improvements and implement team best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate with stakeholders on business-aligned solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with integrating hardware asset management systems in enterprise environments.
- Software engineering experience is preferred.
