Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLMs and select appropriate models for various tasks.
- Architect prompt frameworks and agent behaviors for core workflows.
- Optimize multi-step agent chains using retrieval-augmented generation.
- Drive infrastructure choices for routing, orchestration, and memory.
- Build safety and trust into agents with user guardrails and metrics.
- Explore and deploy emerging modalities to enhance Ava's capabilities.
- Design workflows that enable agents to make strategic decisions autonomously.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience shipping AI products in production.
- Deep hands-on experience with agents and self-healing workflows.
- Strong background in prompt design and retrieval systems.
- Experience managing latency, reliability, and cost of LLM systems.
- Ability to think like a researcher while executing like an engineer.
- Excellent communication skills.
