Base Salary
$270k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver Claude Code training for onboarding and ongoing enablement programs.
- Create and maintain training content including demo scripts and hands-on labs.
- Build compelling demo scenarios across various industries and developer personas.
- Develop competitive positioning content such as battlecards and differentiation guides.
- Run demo coaching sessions and weekly office hours.
- Translate new Claude Code features into field-ready content rapidly.
- Gather field feedback and track content effectiveness to continuously improve programs.
Requirements
- 7+ years in a technical role such as software engineering or technical enablement.
- Strong programming skills with recent experience in shipping real code.
- Extensive use of AI coding tools, ideally Claude Code, in your work.
- Proven track record of delivering live technical training or talks.
- Experience partnering directly with sales or solutions engineering teams.
