Responsibilities
- Own critical systems across the insurance lifecycle.
- Translate complex domain problems into shippable systems.
- Decide what to build and productize models and tools.
- Ensure architecture, quality, and reliability of systems.
- Communicate decisions and risks clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning and shipping production systems using modern programming languages.
- Experience deploying and monitoring applications on cloud platforms.
- Track record of end-to-end project ownership with stakeholders.
- Comfort learning new tools and frameworks quickly.
- Practical experience using LLMs to enhance engineering workflows.
