Responsibilities
- Solve customer and product problems across Prolific's domains.
- Collaborate with account managers and customer success specialists.
- Support systems in production and respond to incidents.
- Ideate and build solutions with autonomy.
- Deliver high-quality engineering across shared codebases.
Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience in a product engineering role.
- Ability to translate business concepts into software models.
- Familiarity with both monoliths and distributed systems.
- Strong communication skills for direct customer interaction.
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Good understanding of modern web applications and architecture design patterns.
- Experience supporting applications in production environments.
