Responsibilities

Deliver production deployment and operations missions for AI-enabled and other complex systems.
Design and implement observability and monitoring solutions for AI workloads.
Improve the reliability, industrialization, and security of AI-integrated applications.
Build self-remediation, automation, and agentic systems supporting run operations.
Advise clients on IA Ops topics, contribute to pre-sales, and challenge technical approaches.
Contribute to internal R&D, OCTO’s IA Ops expertise, talks, publications, and internal communities.

Confirmed or senior consulting experience with concrete production operations experience, ideally involving AI-enabled systems.
Experience deploying and operating systems in complex environments.
Strong knowledge of cloud and container ecosystems, including Kubernetes, Terraform, and Git.
Knowledge of SRE, observability, and monitoring, with experience in reliability, security, and industrialization.
Interest or practical experience applying generative AI to operations, including agentic systems and advanced automation.
Ability to challenge technical approaches, structure work, communicate effectively with demanding clients, and share knowledge.
French proficiency at C1 level or higher is required.

Hybrid work policy with two to three days per week in person and mission-dependent remote-work flexibility.
Work primarily based at the Opéra offices and on client missions in Paris and Île-de-France.
