Responsibilities
- Deliver production deployment and operations missions for AI-enabled and other complex systems.
- Design and implement observability and monitoring solutions for AI workloads.
- Improve the reliability, industrialization, and security of AI-integrated applications.
- Build self-remediation, automation, and agentic systems supporting run operations.
- Advise clients on IA Ops topics, contribute to pre-sales, and challenge technical approaches.
- Contribute to internal R&D, OCTO’s IA Ops expertise, talks, publications, and internal communities.
Requirements
- Confirmed or senior consulting experience with concrete production operations experience, ideally involving AI-enabled systems.
- Experience deploying and operating systems in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud and container ecosystems, including Kubernetes, Terraform, and Git.
- Knowledge of SRE, observability, and monitoring, with experience in reliability, security, and industrialization.
- Interest or practical experience applying generative AI to operations, including agentic systems and advanced automation.
- Ability to challenge technical approaches, structure work, communicate effectively with demanding clients, and share knowledge.
- French proficiency at C1 level or higher is required.
