Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the end-to-end application stack across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
- Participate in architectural discussions and design new features and systems.
- Conduct code reviews and write clean, maintainable, and documented code.
- Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs with cross-functional teams.
- Apply security practices involving authentication, authorization, encryption, and threat mitigation.
- Manage vendors to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective deliverables.
- Contribute to Agile planning and user-story delivery in a Scrum environment.
- Provide production support during non-office hours as required.
- Coach, mentor, and lead teams while evaluating emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of full-stack software development experience, including at least 5 years in a leading role.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Node.js or React, Azure Database, JavaScript, AKS, and Azure cloud services.
- Solid experience or technical knowledge of Alibaba Cloud, PolarDB, and AI technologies is advantageous.
- Experience with DevOps, RESTful API design, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and version control.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and coding standards.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to coach, mentor, and lead teams.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and distribution compensation systems is a plus.
- Experience managing sizable projects or programs is preferable.
