Responsibilities
- Build and maintain in-house software and financial products for First Circle’s SME neobank.
- Solve complex software and digital infrastructure challenges in developing markets.
- Deliver high-quality work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-growing engineering organization.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software development experience.
- Experience with one or more of Kotlin, React, NextJS, or Java is preferred.
- Experience with data-heavy, B2B, or fintech products is advantageous.
- Strong commitment to producing excellent work, personal growth, and a high work ethic.
