Base Salary
$180k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leaders, RevOps, and product owners to map the revenue lifecycle, define the GTM AI roadmap, and advise on feasibility, cost, risk, and Build/Partner/Buy decisions.
- Build and deploy secure, production-grade AI solutions using retrieval-augmented generation, structured-data querying, and agentic workflows.
- Establish monitoring, evaluation, security controls, and ROI measurement tied to GTM KPIs.
- Drive field adoption through collaboration with Sales Enablement, GTM Operations, and frontline managers, including user training and feedback loops.
- Improve reusable retrieval pipelines, reference architectures, GTM data connectors, engineering playbooks, and team standards while mentoring engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years working directly on AI and/or ML projects.
- Direct experience developing AI strategy and shipping AI solutions for GTM functions such as Sales, Marketing, or Partner Enablement, with measurable impact on GTM metrics.
- Hands-on experience with retrieval methods, reusable skills, agentic orchestration, Model Context Protocol, and agent-to-agent frameworks.
- Experience translating ambiguous GTM problems into plans and communicating architecture, trade-offs, and risk to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience securing AI systems and accessed data, including least-privilege access and defenses against prompt injection, data leakage, and unsafe or non-compliant outputs.
- Strong engineering skills, Python proficiency, experience integrating GTM systems of record, and experience deploying and monitoring AI systems on a major cloud platform.
- Preferred experience driving operational efficiency with AI, working in B2B enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity GTM environments, and experience in RevOps, Sales Engineering, or GTM Strategy.
- Preferred experience with graph-based knowledge systems, long-term agent memory, GraphRAG, account and relationship graphs, and persistent account context.
- Preferred experience building automated AI evaluation frameworks, LLM-as-judge or regression testing, and A/B or holdout experiments measuring business lift.
