Responsibilities
- Lead applications systems analysis, programming, design, testing, debugging, and implementation activities.
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, define system enhancements, and deliver new products and process improvements.
- Analyze complex business and system processes to resolve high-impact problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards aligned with the enterprise architecture.
- Provide Oracle EBS technical and functional expertise across Purchasing, Payables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting.
- Support integrations using Oracle Workflows, OAF, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, SOAP, and RESTful web services.
- Advise and coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
- Assess and manage risks, maintain compliance with applicable policies and regulations, and escalate control issues transparently.
- Use AI-enabled development and productivity tools responsibly to improve code quality, delivery velocity, and reliability.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
- Extensive experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of applications development.
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.2.9 Purchasing, Payables, Oracle General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting.
- Strong experience with AOL, PL/SQL, PL/SQL JSON, shell scripting, and RICE components.
- Strong experience with XML and XML/BI Publisher.
- Experience with Oracle Workflows, OAF (Oracle Application Framework), Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
- Experience with SOAP and RESTful web services.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
