Responsibilities
- Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure supporting software applications and onboard and configure applications on DevOps tools.
- Build and customize DevOps tools, workflows, and user-access processes according to client requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams on coding and scripting that connects software releases with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment processes in a DevOps environment.
- Provide customer support, resolve tickets within specified turnaround times, follow escalation processes, and perform root cause analysis of critical or recurring issues.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- DevOps experience and skills.
- Experience supporting DevOps tools across multiple platforms and resolving customer issues within defined service timelines.
