Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, architects, and third-party partners on backend requirements and architecture.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and optimize .NET Core applications, services, and RESTful APIs.
  • Write clean, efficient, documented server-side code using object-oriented design and design patterns.
  • Conduct code reviews, vulnerability assessments, dependency tracking, automated testing, and end-to-end testing.
  • Identify and resolve bugs, technical issues, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Design and maintain databases and write optimized queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Integrate backend functionality with front-end applications and user-facing elements.
  • Participate in Agile and Scrum development processes, continuous integration, and deployment.
  • Lead the technical team, enforce best practices, maintain product ownership, and work with architects to deliver features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Required experience with ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and C#.
  • Experience designing RESTful API microservices.
  • Strong object-oriented design and analysis skills, including knowledge of design patterns.
  • Knowledge of database design and development; SQL/NoSQL database experience is preferred.
  • Preferred experience with Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Git.
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow and Kafka.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Argo CD, or similar tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-service skills.
