Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, test, debug, and document high-quality software applications and systems.
- Build and operate production-grade Generative AI solutions using large language models, AI agents, copilots, and AI-driven workflows.
- Implement reasoning workflows, prompt and orchestration logic, tool and function calling, and integrations with enterprise APIs, data sources, and platforms.
- Own AI-based solutions end-to-end, including design, development, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Automate software deployment processes using internal deployment platforms, methodologies, and tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven software solutions.
- Provide technical support for deployed applications and improve development and deployment processes.
Requirements
- Basic fluency in English and ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Hands-on experience delivering Generative AI solutions using large language models in production-grade systems.
- Practical experience building AI agents, copilots, or intelligent assistants with orchestration logic, prompt engineering, tool or function calling, and system integration.
- Ability to own AI solutions from design and development through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and solve complex business problems with Generative AI.
- Experience with full-stack software development.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to lead technical teams is preferred.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and database platforms is preferred.
- Experience applying Generative AI in enterprise or regulated environments while addressing security, compliance, and Responsible AI principles is preferred.
- Experience with AI platforms, agent frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation, or multi-agent systems is preferred.
- Experience partnering with product, data, and business teams is preferred.
