Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions for customer-facing onboarding and dashboard experiences.
- Contribute across analysis, solution design, development, delivery, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Develop secure, well-tested, high-quality code using modern engineering practices.
- Collaborate with engineers, principals, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer value.
- Use automation, CI/CD pipelines, and AI engineering tools to improve development efficiency and software quality.
- Mentor and support fellow engineers and contribute to team technical capability.
Requirements
- Strong programming fundamentals and a record of delivering robust, well-designed software solutions.
- Experience with full-stack development using TypeScript, React, .NET, C#, and Azure.
- Understanding of modern software delivery practices, including CI/CD, automation, testing, and continuous improvement.
- An AI-first engineering mindset and enthusiasm for using AI tools to improve productivity and outcomes.
- Ability to balance pragmatic delivery decisions with technical excellence and long-term platform success.
- A growth mindset, willingness to learn, and interest in mentoring and contributing to an engaged engineering culture.
