Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements for completeness, identify risks, and mitigate potential user-impacting concerns.
- Drive requirements through implementation with sizing estimates and task breakdowns.
- Produce high-quality code according to design specifications.
- Participate in software design and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and fix complex code defects and customer challenges.
- Work on application performance, reliability, scalability, and security concerns.
- Collaborate with geographically distributed teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of software development experience in C or C++.
- Knowledge of Java, Unix, databases, and RDBMS concepts.
- Knowledge of database migration and performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience working with different cloud platforms.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, written, oral communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, drive assignments to closure, and collaborate effectively.
