Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and operate near-real-time data streaming solutions for large networking customers.
- Develop agentic workflows, reusable skills, tool integrations, and orchestration capabilities.
- Integrate AI tools with source control, CI/CD systems, issue trackers, documentation platforms, and internal developer environments.
- Build secure, observable, reliable, and maintainable backend services, MCP integrations, and APIs.
- Process real-time streaming telemetry at large scale across multiple domains.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and evolve the AI development platform architecture.
- Improve engineering processes, documentation, and operational practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional software development experience using Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience designing, building, testing, and operating real-time data processing pipelines.
- Experience designing and implementing APIs within distributed software architectures.
- Experience with Git, automated testing, Kubernetes, and continuous integration and delivery workflows.
- Preferred: knowledge of Kafka Streams, ClickHouse, Flink, and similar real-time data processing technologies.
- Preferred: familiarity with relational, document-based, or vector datastores.
- Preferred: familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Kosmos, Codex, or Claude.
- Preferred: understanding of containers and modern cloud deployment practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
