Base Salary
$141k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable cloud-based systems on AWS for core collectibles platforms and experiences.
- Develop APIs and backend services for the Collectors Vault.
- Own technical architecture and end-to-end feature delivery from design through deployment.
- Improve existing systems and identify opportunities to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Use modern AI tools and techniques to accelerate development and engineering productivity.
- Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, TPM, and Business partners on requirements, tradeoffs, and execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building web applications, APIs, and distributed systems at scale.
- 2+ years of hands-on AWS experience, including serverless and event-driven architectures.
- Java is strongly preferred; proficiency or familiarity with C# is a plus.
- Experience using modern AI tools such as Claude Code CLI and Codex in the development workflow.
- Strong fundamentals in object-oriented programming, design patterns, testing, security, and observability.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional product teams and shaping requirements, tradeoffs, and execution end-to-end.
