Responsibilities

  • Develop and scale software for FTSE Russell’s cloud-native, low-latency global platform.
  • Modernize technology and data platforms supporting critical investment products.
  • Use AI-assisted development tooling to improve engineering productivity.
  • Apply automation, testing, and modern engineering practices while maintaining performance, data quality, and reliability.
  • Collaborate effectively with global teams across software, data, and product functions.

Requirements

  • Experience developing software with Java, C#, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, automation, testing, and modern engineering practices.
  • Practical experience using AI-assisted development tooling.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Interest in AI and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
