Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Configure product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, quote templates, approval processes, and other CPQ components.
- Gather stakeholder requirements, define solutions, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize and refactor CPQ implementations for performance and scalability.
- Integrate Salesforce with ERP, CLM, billing, and other external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and troubleshooting support.
- Follow development, testing, deployment, version-control, and CI/CD practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Developer experience.
- At least 1 year of solid Salesforce CPQ experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and standard and custom objects.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Deep understanding of CPQ product catalogs, pricing methods, discounting rules, quote templates, approvals, and amendment handling.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or Workato.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Agile methodologies, Git-based version control, and DevOps tooling.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
- Experience with large-scale Salesforce CPQ rollouts, billing, renewals, revenue recognition, enterprise SaaS, or B2B industries is preferred.
- Salesforce Developer II and CPQ Specialist certifications are a strong plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
