Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support AI and informatics solutions for scientific research.
- Apply technical expertise to project and systems challenges.
- Support project planning, monitoring, documentation, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with scientific, technical, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Ensure timely execution of projects and data requests with a focus on quality and stakeholder needs.
- Share knowledge and provide training and support to junior or new team members where appropriate.
- Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours.
- Support the distribution of marketing samples where applicable.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in AI engineering, informatics, scientific computing, data science, software engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Understanding of informatics or informatics systems, ideally in a scientific, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or research environment.
- Experience with scientific data, applications, technical platforms, or data-driven solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Commitment to continuous learning in AI, informatics, and emerging technologies.
- Strong focus on quality, timely delivery, and stakeholder outcomes.
