Responsibilities
- Review product requirements and develop test matrices.
- Build test plans, design test cases, execute tests, and report test progress, bugs, and results to management.
- Automate test cases and help architect, craft, and implement test frameworks.
- Design and develop QA tools and integration tests to improve productivity and optimize test plans.
- Manage the bug lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional groups to drive solutions.
- Reproduce and verify customer issues and fixes in-house.
- Create and automate test cases for AI development tools and ensure comprehensive code coverage.
- Perform model testing and LLM benchmarking.
Requirements
- BS or higher degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or computer engineering, or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years of QA experience.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux and shell and Python programming.
- Rich experience developing test cases, automating API/UI tests, and performing failure analysis.
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools, including test-case creation, test automation, and code-coverage validation.
- Good knowledge of and hands-on experience with model testing and LLM benchmarking.
- Strong QA judgment, attention to detail, problem-solving, data analysis, quality standards knowledge, and time management.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively on teams and independently, with a passion for learning advanced technologies.
