Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Systems Analysts, developers, and QA to understand requirements and test scenarios.
- Build and modify automated testing frameworks using Java, JUnit, Cucumber, Cypress, JavaScript, Selenium, and Python.
- Maintain testing frameworks according to current standards.
- Coordinate test execution, train users, and provide user support.
- Test multi-tier Java and JavaScript applications deployed through web browsers and Electron containers.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware configuration problems.
- Participate in full lifecycle development methodology and quality processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree or at least three years of experience with QA automation tools such as Cypress, Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, JUnit, or other scripting technologies.
- Experience working in UNIX/Linux and SQL/Oracle environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, technical, troubleshooting, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently under pressure.
- Track record of completing assignments on time with a high degree of quality.
