Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of high-performance, scalable applications using .NET Core.
- Mentor and guide software engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote collaborative engineering practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement robust front-end and back-end software systems.
- Advocate for software development best practices, including code quality, testing, deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements to product offerings.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues and provide timely resolutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on .NET Core, C#, MSSQL, React, LLMs, and Elasticsearch.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS.
- Experience with SQL Server, MongoDB, and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework.
- Experience with Elasticsearch data modeling, querying, and performance optimization.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Proven experience delivering scalable, customer-centric solutions in product-based companies.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Scrum and Jira.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
