Responsibilities
- Structure project modules independently and support junior project members.
- Develop IT strategies, concepts, and solutions with clients in national and international projects.
- Form digital transformation initiatives while maintaining oversight of technical solutions and client circumstances.
- Drive strategic IT implementation projects using modern approaches and steer relevant project modules.
- Design and optimize IT architectures, custom software developments, and sustainable digital solutions, including cyber resilience.
- Analyze client situations and market trends such as machine learning to create tailored customer journeys.
Requirements
- Completed a university degree in computer science, informatics, engineering, business, or a related field with higher-than-average grades.
- Approximately four years of relevant IT consulting experience involving transformation and implementation projects across strategy and operations.
- Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
- Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, AI, and robotics.
- Familiarity with the development stages of successful IT organizations and IT processes.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and other generative AI tools and their application across work tasks.
- Ability to construct complex business cases.
- Comfort working in interdisciplinary and global teams, with flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Fluent English communication skills for explaining complex topics.
