Responsibilities
- Design, evolve, and sustain scalable, secure, and resilient .NET/C# cloud-based architectures.
- Modernize legacy components, streamline engineering workflows, and introduce technologies that accelerate product delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and clinical stakeholders to align technical designs with user and business needs.
- Mentor Tech Leads and Senior Engineers and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
- Establish architectural blueprints, coding standards, and CI/CD best practices.
- Participate in high-impact code reviews and proof-of-concepts.
- Optimize database and data strategies for high throughput and data security.
Requirements
- 14+ years of professional software development experience.
- Deep experience with the .NET ecosystem, including C#, .NET Core, and .NET 8.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Strong familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with AWS or Azure, containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.
- Strong expertise with relational databases such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL and NoSQL solutions.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance is preferred.
