Base Salary
$152k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with business process owners and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, clarify, and scope automation opportunities.
- Design and implement multi-step agentic workflows using enterprise AI agent platforms.
- Deliver documentation, user training, change management plans, and handoff guidance for implemented solutions.
- Stay current on AI automation tools, frameworks, and practices.
- Apply AI governance processes and prepare materials for responsible and compliant review and deployment.
- Collaborate with security, IT operations, and AI Center of Excellence partners on security, cost, and operational standards.
- Document lessons learned, implementation approaches, and reusable components for future automation projects.
Requirements
- Require 5–10 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise back-end systems.
- Require 2+ years of experience in workflow automation, process automation, or systems integration.
- Require 2+ years of hands-on experience applying modern agentic AI automation in production or near-production environments.
- Require demonstrated experience designing and deploying Microsoft Copilot Agents, including Agent Foundry and Copilot Studio.
- Require strong working knowledge of Microsoft M365, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Lake services.
- Require the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Require strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Prefer experience with Jira and Confluence, GitHub and GitHub Copilot Agents, Atlassian Rovo or similar enterprise AI assistants, Claude or other LLM-based agent platforms, and formal AI governance or compliance frameworks.
- Prefer a background in healthcare technology, data analytics, or regulated industries.
