Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain shared platform tools and infrastructure for secure development.
- Reduce friction in developer workflows using code generation and deployment pipelines.
- Define and standardize guidelines for service platform usage.
- Evaluate and integrate developer infrastructure tools like CI/CD and monitoring.
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven foundation in software engineering with various programming languages.
- Experience in building and operating distributed services in a cloud environment.
- Background in developer tooling or internal platform services.
- Ability to drive projects end-to-end with minimal mentorship.
