Responsibilities
- Lead business-process envisioning to identify opportunities for AI, agents, applications, and automation.
- Design and demonstrate agentic AI solutions using Copilot Studio across customer scenarios, business context, knowledge, data, and workflows.
- Own technical win strategies from envisioning through technical validation, solution architecture, proof of concept, and technical decision.
- Build demonstrations and prototypes that translate customer requirements into AI-powered business experiences.
- Help customers evolve from point solutions to scalable agentic business processes with human-in-the-loop experiences.
- Guide enterprise architecture and governance discussions covering security, data protection, compliance, responsible AI, environment strategy, and lifecycle management.
- Address technical blockers and competitive differentiation across Microsoft's low-code, data, automation, and AI capabilities.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, partners, consulting teams, and customer stakeholders to accelerate technical decisions and successful implementations.
- Drive adoption and business value beyond pilots toward repeatable, scalable solutions.
Requirements
- A master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field and 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
- Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field and 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
- Alternatively, 7+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 8+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 6+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
- Preferred: certification in relevant technologies or disciplines such as Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, cloud platform technologies, information security, or architecture.
