Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for Clera’s fully agentic headhunting automation system.
- Own projects from concept through deployment and deliver production code daily.
- Work directly with the CTO, co-founder, and engineering team.
- Iterate on the product using customer feedback.
- Balance rapid development with scalability and software quality.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools.
- Experience with LLM APIs is preferred.
- Startup mindset with high agency, resourcefulness, and a focus on creating value.
- Willingness to work intensively in a founding-team environment and engage with customers.
