Responsibilities
- Own JLL’s global AI architecture across platform foundations, application-layer patterns, and cross-team standards.
- Set technical direction through design documents and lead architecture reviews across central and forward-deployed engineering teams.
- Define and evolve MCP Gateway, RAG infrastructure, agent orchestration patterns, and LLM infrastructure.
- Prototype new patterns, validate architectural decisions in code, and ship production code as needed.
- Partner with engineering leads across Tel Aviv, the US, and APAC to maintain architectural coherence.
- Track the AI tooling and research ecosystem and incorporate relevant developments into platform direction and roadmap.
Requirements
- Experience architecting and shipping production AI systems at enterprise scale.
- Deep LLM infrastructure experience with embeddings pipelines, hybrid retrieval, reranking, chunking strategies, vector stores, and evaluation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and tool-use patterns such as MCP, Claude Agent SDK, or LangGraph.
- Comfort working across Python, Node, and .NET.
- Experience with relational, NoSQL, object/blob, vector, and document data stores.
- Infrastructure fluency with Terraform, IAM, and networking.
- Experience shipping AI-assisted production code as a normal part of the engineering workflow.
- Strong systems thinking, written and verbal English communication, pragmatic architecture judgment, curiosity about emerging AI capabilities, and comfort with ambiguity.
