Base Salary
$150k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own product features end to end, from design through production.
- Build user-facing experiences with React and TypeScript.
- Design and ship backend services with Python and FastAPI.
- Design schemas and write non-trivial SQL against relational databases.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering peers to turn ambiguous problems into shipped software.
- Contribute to code reviews and shape engineering practices.
- Improve development processes, including testing, CI/CD, and observability.
- Build and improve AI-agent products for healthcare operations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-stack experience with Python and FastAPI or similar, plus TypeScript and React.
- Experience building AI agents.
- Experience designing schemas and writing non-trivial SQL against relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
- Working knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
- Meaningful overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours during the workday.
- Preferred: experience in regulated environments and a security-minded design approach.
- Preferred: infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform.
- Preferred: familiarity with Redis, queueing systems, or other modern production-stack components.
- Preferred: experience working in ambiguous, early-stage environments with significant ownership.
