Base Salary

$144k - $194k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, deploy, and monitor components of the AWS Secret Cloud for Industry service.
  • Develop tools and systems that provide highly available and resilient platforms for customer and internal workloads.
  • Operate large-scale distributed cloud systems and resolve incidents during a one-week-in-six on-call rotation.
  • Investigate root causes and implement fixes to prevent recurring incidents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or CSSLP certification.
  • At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • Programming experience with at least one software programming language.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or a commensurate agency clearance after starting.
  • Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
