Base Salary
$80k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support software implementation of Veeva Quality solutions through assessment and review of new features
- Manage customer projects, maintain customer-defined scope, and handle escalations
- Conduct workshops and own solution design, prototyping, configuration, and solutioning
- Lead solutioning and manage configuration of customer solutions
- Ensure customer success throughout implementation and beyond
- Mentor and develop team members in domain expertise, customer management, and best practices
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience implementing LIMS systems
- Technical aptitude to translate business requirements into corresponding solutions
- Expertise in customer leadership and fostering a collaborative team environment
- Experience with stakeholder management, critical thinking, and complex technical communications across varied audiences
- Determination to drive client success through solution implementation
- Ability to travel for key customer engagements and internal meetings up to 50%, typically around 25%
