$110k - $164k/yr

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and architectural direction across Platform Engineering.
Design and enhance internal platforms, developer tools, build systems, CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and software factory capabilities.
Identify opportunities to simplify and automate how software is built, tested, and delivered.
Improve platform scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
Evaluate and introduce technologies that meaningfully improve engineering outcomes.
Collaborate across the organization, mentor engineers, and guide technical decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
At least eight years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or a related discipline.
Experience leading complex technical initiatives involving multiple systems or teams.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD platforms, build systems, developer tooling, automation, Infrastructure as Code, containers, and observability.
Strong software engineering and automation skills using Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of system architecture, reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Experience using AI tools to improve software development and engineering workflows.
Ability to identify meaningful AI opportunities for developer productivity and software delivery while understanding limitations and risks.
Preferred experience building internal developer platforms, applying DevSecOps practices, and integrating AI capabilities into developer platforms or automated workflows.
Preferred experience with AI coding assistants or agentic development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Tabnine.

Base salary range of $110,000–$164,000 USD, excluding other compensation.
Additional compensation may include a discretionary annual variable target incentive.
