Responsibilities
- Operate, sustain, and optimize customer-facing production applications serving millions of users.
- Manage AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes/EKS environments, including upgrades, patching, and Helm-based operations.
- Build automation and integrate development and operations processes using programming, scripting, and CI/CD tools.
- Implement observability, monitoring, traffic management, deployment workflows, and long-term reliability improvements.
- Handle DDoS, WAF, and Shield mitigation strategies and diagnose complex production issues.
- Respond to high-priority incidents and perform disciplined root-cause analysis.
- Build or integrate LLM-powered agents, copilots, and AI-driven automation for operations, monitoring, or incident response.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Operations, SRE, DevOps Engineer, or similar, with ownership of production-grade systems.
- Strong Linux expertise and hands-on AWS experience.
- Proficiency managing Kubernetes/EKS, including upgrades, patching, and Helm.
- Strong programming or scripting skills in Bash, Python, Node, or Java.
- Proficiency with CI/CD and observability tooling such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: experience with LLM, AI, ML, GenAI, agentic frameworks, or AI-driven automation in production.
- Preferred: NGINX configuration, Shield/WAF/DDoS mitigation, large-scale on-premises-to-cloud migrations, AEM, Apache upgrades and troubleshooting, and high-priority incident response.
