Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, onboarding, and implementation activities.
- Prepare accurate technical documentation, flowcharts, layouts, reports, project specifications, and status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, gather feedback, respond to customer requests, and support on-time delivery.
- Evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming skills.
Requirements
- Mandatory Fullstack Java Enterprise skills.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software flows, data usage, work processes, and system issues.
- Experience with coding, software testing, debugging, validation automation, documentation, and performance improvement.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Ability to produce clear code, technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Commitment to software quality, customer service, timely delivery, and ongoing technical training.
