Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Make decisions for the team and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Plan and execute project deliverables while maintaining timelines and quality standards.
- Design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Debug, test, and optimize the performance of Python applications.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate stakeholders and align expectations with project objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Python programming.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Strong experience with software development methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience debugging, testing, and optimizing Python applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
