Responsibilities

Own the Technical SEO Roadmap and execute a long-term strategy.
Define strategic OKRs to align technical search performance with business goals.
Lead monthly progress reviews and communicate technical wins to stakeholders.
Master site speed and Core Web Vitals by identifying and fixing bottlenecks.
Partner with UX and Engineering to restructure AEM templates for search optimization.
Identify Edge opportunities with server and CDN vendors for performance improvements.
Manage technical strategy for complex migrations and integrations.
Conduct log file analysis to optimize crawl budget and indexing.
Build and maintain SEO performance dashboards using SQL and Python.
Optimize architecture for AI discovery and Large Language Models.

5+ years of experience in Technical SEO with a developer's perspective.
Master-level understanding of SEO fundamentals.
Web engineering experience is a plus, with proficiency in SQL and Python.
Deep experience with enterprise SEO platforms like Lumar, Sitebulb, or OnCrawl.
Proven track record in improving LCP, INP, and CLS metrics.
Expertise in interpreting raw server logs for crawl budget optimization.
Experience in building SEO performance dashboards linking technical health to business outcomes.
Active experimentation with LLMs and AI-search agents.
