Responsibilities
- Design and scale robust, modular, testable, and maintainable iOS architecture.
- Ship readable, well-designed software and uphold engineering standards through rigorous code reviews.
- Improve production-system maintainability, visibility, crash rates, and overall app performance.
- Partner with Product and Design to solve complex problems and balance feature delivery with technical debt.
- Mentor colleagues, guide technical decisions, and participate in hiring.
- Write well-tested code and implement CI/CD best practices.
Requirements
- Significant experience building iOS applications with strong Swift and/or Objective-C expertise.
- Experience scaling mobile architecture in a large codebase serving millions of users, with a focus on performance and stability.
- Demonstrated ownership of technical delivery within a cross-functional, fast-paced product environment.
- Expertise in modern iOS frameworks, including UIKit and AutoLayout.
- Strong commitment to software quality and well-tested code.
- Ability to communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
