Responsibilities
- Build and ship native Android features for onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, transfers, rewards, and AI-assisted user journeys.
- Translate complex financial flows into simple, fast, and reliable mobile experiences.
- Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI engineers to take features from idea to production.
- Own app performance, crash rate, loading states, edge cases, and release stability.
- Use production feedback, analytics, and customer behavior to improve launched features.
- Integrate APIs and authentication while implementing secure data handling and reliable financial workflows.
- Debug production issues and improve application quality.
Requirements
- Strong native Android experience using Kotlin.
- Experience shipping Android apps used by real users.
- Understanding of Android architecture, Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android development.
- Strong product sense and attention to user experience.
- Ability to debug production issues and improve performance, reliability, and app quality.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and moving quickly without lowering quality.
- Evidence of personally helping build, ship, or scale a serious product, platform, or system.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Successful completion of an online assessment or practical task and role-specific interviews.
