Responsibilities
- Deliver Kronos application managed services, including Level 2 and Level 3 production break-fix support.
- Coordinate Level 4 support activities.
- Perform application maintenance and minor enhancements.
- Support Kronos Workforce time-and-attendance systems for US hourly and salaried locations.
- Support Workforce Central salary time-and-attendance systems for US locations without Kronos time clocks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Kronos functional support.
- Experience with Kronos Workforce and Workforce Central.
- Experience with SQL databases and SSIS packages.
- Good communication skills.
- Candidates with 5–6 years of experience are specifically sought.
