Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design, planning, coding, and delivery of product modules.
- Build reliable, scalable, and highly performant web systems with reusable modules.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into technical problems and independently design, estimate, plan, execute, and deliver solutions.
- Participate throughout the product lifecycle, including idea generation, design, planning, execution, and shipping.
- Develop applications incrementally using the Agile development model and participate in regular reviews with Product.
Requirements
- Strong programming ability and the willingness to explore multiple languages and technology stacks.
- Experience building scalable and performant web systems with a clear focus on reusable modules.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to urgent or ambiguous requests.
- B.Tech or higher in Computer Science from a premier institute, although this requirement may be waived for an exceptional programmer.
- 2–6 years of experience.
