Base Salary
$147k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver medium-to-large platform projects from implementation through production.
- Build and maintain internal platform services and developer tooling.
- Partner with application teams to unblock delivery and align platform capabilities with developer needs.
- Drive cloud cost efficiency and optimization across the infrastructure footprint.
- Improve operational excellence through observability, automation, and incident response.
- Evolve CI/CD pipelines and GitOps-based workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
Requirements
- Require 5–7 years of experience in platform, infrastructure, DevOps, or software engineering.
- Require proficiency with Python and Java; Kotlin and Go familiarity is a plus.
- Require deep Kubernetes and container orchestration knowledge.
- Require proven CI/CD and GitOps experience.
- Require Infrastructure as Code expertise with Terraform.
- Require strong AWS and cloud-native experience.
- Require experience operating distributed, high-availability systems.
- Require the ability to own and independently deliver defined projects.
- Require clear communication and strong collaboration skills.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with internal developer platforms or tooling, regulated or high-availability environments, backend development, and observability or reliability engineering practices.
