Responsibilities
- Develop complex conversation flows and logic branching for voice and text assistant products.
- Migrate chatbots to the Helix-powered Partner Assistant and build API integrations for internal support systems.
- Code, maintain, deploy, and production-support software in a collaborative engineering environment.
- Develop product features, participate in workshops, and communicate technical work to other product teams.
- Own workstreams, track progress toward team goals, and propose improvements to processes, designs, and engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of coding experience with JavaScript and Node.js.
- Experience with AI Voice Agent technology and IT support platforms.
- Experience delivering high-quality software using established best practices and maintaining quality throughout the software lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate on complex problems in distributed cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills; confident Intermediate English or higher.
