Base Salary
$170k - $231k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales support and technical account management for regional sales.
- Guide customers through product demonstrations and problem-solving.
- Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on products and documentation.
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge of Vectra's product line.
- Build strong technical relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Stay updated on the current security landscape.
- Collaborate with customers on technology reviews and integrations.
- Work with other engineers on high-level projects.
- Research and understand Vectra's competitors.
- Participate in deployment and design review meetings.
- Travel as needed within the region.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or Security Engineering.
- Experience managing large accounts.
- Deep understanding of security-focused product lines like CASB, EDR, and SIEM.
- Strong networking knowledge, particularly L3 to L7 OSI layers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with attacker progression and incident response methodologies.
- Understanding of cloud security and network architectures.
- Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, OSCE, GNFA, AWS Certified Security Specialty, and CISSP are a plus.
